Important Note For All Shippers:
With effect from 1 April 2014, Singapore Customs (SC)
requires all declarations to be submitted before the goods
are exported, including non-controlled and non-dutiable
goods exported by sea and air. This is known as Advance
Export Declaration (AED).For self-declaring shippers, do
note that permit is required 8 hours before the flight
departure time or by 1745hrs (whichever is earlier) in
compliance to AED implementation.
