Restricted Port Access

The Singapore Police Force has limited entry to both the Sea Port and the Air Terminal. As a result, we ask for your understanding that photographs are not permitted inside the port's confines.

Qualified Declaring Agents

All Customs Permits are reported to Singapore Customs through encrypted channels. Along with the Customs permit, shipping documents and carrier confirmation details are needed.

If the importer is bringing in controlled goods, a Customs agent will inform them of any additional licenses that are needed.
